Standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days and express takes 1 to 3. Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time on a business day are usually packed the same day. Addresses in Southern California often arrive sooner.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.95 and free on orders over $60 after discounts. Express is a flat $16.50. Digital items such as gift cards and software are emailed, so they never have a shipping charge.
How do I pay?
You place your order without entering card details. Within one business day we email a secure payment link for your total plus any California sales tax. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Apple Pay, and we ship once payment is complete.
What is the deal of the day?
Each day at midnight Pacific Time one physical product drops by 14%. The price shows on the home page, on the product page and in your cart until the countdown ends.
Do you have a promo code?
Yes. PATH10 takes 10% off eligible items in your cart. It does not apply to digital gift cards or to the deal of the day, which is already discounted.
Can I return something?
Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in the original packaging. Digital codes are final once delivered, unless the code does not work. See our refund and return policy for the steps.
